Tammy MacLeod, RVT, VTS (ECC) is a Veterinary Technician Specialist in Emergency and Critical Care with more than 20 years of experience in veterinary medicine. Most of her career has been spent in referral and emergency settings, where she has managed complex, high-acuity cases.
In addition to her clinical work, Tammy has served as a veterinary technician instructor, an industry representative, and a locum veterinary technician, supporting general practice clinics across Canada.
Tammy is deeply passionate about both learning and teaching, with professional interests that include wound management, complex ICU cases, and the treatment of shock. Outside of work, she shares her life with her rescue pit bull mix, Maeve.
